Here are some tips to get the best out of your new garment.
STARTING OUT: The first few weeks of wearing the Faja you must not over train. Begin by wearing the corset 4-6 hours per day. Gradually add an hour or two to your daily waist-training regimen until you are able to wear the faja through out the entire day. As your waist becomes smaller the Faja will become comfortable and will not feel as tight. Now you can progress to the next size down as part of your continued waist-reduction regime.
To extend your Faja life, please follow these recommendations:
• Hand wash to promote waist shaper's life.
• Air-dry (no heat) to keep fabric from shrinking and losing elasticity
• Do not iron body shaper
• Do not use bleach
• Do not tumble dry
